Antoine is passionate about creating an environment that supports all bodies while learning dance education. She truly believes, “Anyone can dance.” Her choreography is deeply rooted in ballet aesthetics, but showcases how the body can navigate a natural pathway while using breath, spiral, balance, time, emotion, flexibility, and floorwork without making movement forceful on the body. She is a strong advocate in anatomical practices and mental health awareness. Her studies in Kinesiology, allows her to focus on how the body is working anatomically which has allowed her to continue to focus on how she is working in a space. She believes dance is just as mental as it is physical and continues to strive for a dance community and space that centers anatomy and mental health constantly
